Great Customer Service PDF Print E-mail

clockHow’s this for great customer service ?

During the High Country Muster (November 2009) and while travelling at speed, I noticed something brush past me. At first I thought it was an insect or the like and then I noticed my clock was missing from the center of my handlebars , although the holder was still there. I immediately did a u-turn and searched for the clock, but alas it was gone. A few days after I returned home I looked up Thunderbike, New Zealand to see how much a replacement was going to cost , (around $80.00), then I saw  “Comes with a 3 year warranty, we will replace it - even if you lose it!” I searched my old emails and found the online receipt, it was just over 12 months since the purchasese.  I couldn’t fire off an email quickly enough together with the receipt. Next day I got a reply “what colour clock face do you want ie black or white. Black I replied and within 5 days I had my free replacement. Fantastic.
